Mapping Your Legal Pathway offers an exciting opportunity for first-year law students of color to explore legal career opportunities in the Twin Cities market. This unique program lets students learn about the kinds of careers available to them through firsthand perspectives and gain a better understanding of the local legal landscape.

Students gain unprecedented insight with our one-and-only “Table Talk” program where they enjoy intimate discussions with practicing lawyers to get a bird’s-eye view of different areas of law. Senior counsel and junior lawyers from local law firms, corporations and agencies share insight and tips into interviewing techniques, practice areas, and career strategies.

Law students engage with practicing lawyers to discuss careers in various areas of law.
