"The Mentoring Circles program provided a great opportunity to hear about other attorneys' law firm or in-house experiences which I found invaluable. As a bonus, I got to meet a great group of interesting people & hear why they got into law, about their past and current experiences, as well as to discuss workplace topics."

Mentoring Circles

This program is designed to connect lawyers (1-3 years) at all of the Diversity in Practice member organizations with more senior lawyers and other professionals in the organization and the community.

The purpose of the Mentoring Circles program is to encourage associates to begin networking and connecting with other attorneys and their community at the earliest stages of their career.

The 2010 Mentoring Circles Program Celebration was held on Wednesday, August 11th at General Mills from Noon-1:30 p.m. Thank you to everyone that participated in the 2010 program! Please stay tuned for information on the 2011 program.
