Gaye Adams Massey, Deputy General Counsel
UnitedHealth Group

Gaye Adams Massey is Deputy General Counsel at UnitedHealth Group. Gaye joined the company in 2001 as the General Counsel of Ovations, the UnitedHealth Group business dedicated to serving the health and well-being needs of individuals age 50 and older. Prior to joining Ovations, Ms. Massey served as Vice President and General Counsel for QualChoice Health Plan, directing the legal and regulatory affairs of the health insurance organization of University Hospitals Health System. Earlier in her career, Ms. Massey served as a Regional General Counsel for Aetna, Inc. in Hartford, Connecticut. She also engaged in regulatory and litigation practice with Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C. Ms. Massey received her juris doctor from Harvard Law School and her bachelor's degree from Wellesley college.


Jennifer Debrow, Principal

Jennifer DebrowJennifer Debrow is a principal with Gray Plant Mooty and chairs the firm’s trademark, copyright and brand management team. Ms. Debrow counsels clients on trademark and copyright protection and prosecutes trademark and copyright applications. Ms. Debrow served as senior note and comment editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. Following law school, she clerked for Justice Edward C. Stringer of the Minnesota Supreme Court. She received her J.D., M.A. and B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.


Steven Euller, Corporate Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary
Cargill, Incorporated

Steven EullerSteven Euller joined Cargill serving as an attorney in Minneapolis and Geneva before moving to Singapore as Cargill’s first lawyer in Asia. Mr. Euller returned to Minneapolis as senior attorney for Cargill’s Meat and Petroleum businesses. He was then named Asia Pacific General Counsel, handling all legal matters for Cargill operations in Asia and Australia from Cargill’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore. He was then appointed vice president of Cargill Europe and General Counsel for Europe and Africa. He returned to the Minneapolis law department to handle M&A and complex litigation work, and was named Deputy General Counsel of Cargill in June 2000. He was named vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary in September 2000. Mr. Euller received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College.


Valerie Jensen, Executive Director

cropped valValerie Jensen returns to the Twin Cities from Valparaiso University School of Law in Indiana, where she was the Executive Director of Career Planning. Prior to her move to Indiana, Valerie was the Associate Dean for Multicultural Affairs at William Mitchell College of Law. During that time, Valerie was chosen as one of 15 “Attorneys of the Year,” by Minnesota Lawyer, for her efforts in promoting and supporting diversity and diverse attorneys in the Twin Cities area. While at William Mitchell, she also taught a seminar on Race and the Law, legal writing, academic support and exam writing workshops and served as director of the National CLEO programs Summer Institute held at William Mitchell. Valerie was an active member of Minnesota Black Lawyers Association (MABL), Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minority Bar Summit. Before assuming her role at William Mitchell, Valerie worked for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Valerie was born and raised in Minnesota and is very excited to return. She is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.

Todd JonesB. Todd Jones joined Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi as a partner following his tenure as United States Attorney for the District of Minnesota. He has served two terms on the firm’s Executive Board and is chair of the Diversity Committee. As a U.S. Attorney, Mr. Jones served as one of 18 United States Attorneys from around the country selected by Attorney General Janet Reno who constituted the Attorney General Advisory Committee. He led this group in 2000 through the end of the Clinton administration. Mr. Jones is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. He received his B.A. from Macalester College.
